Delete your PawPlan account
PawPlan is provided by Litany Software LLC. You can delete your account directly in the app or send us a request from any device.
Delete it in the app
- Open PawPlan and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account, then confirm.
For security, you may need to sign in again before deletion can finish.
Request deletion on the web
Email us from the address associated with your PawPlan account. Include the words “delete my PawPlan account.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your authentication account and associated PawPlan user data, including pet profiles, recipes, plans, lists, uploaded images, recipes you published, and any prepper pilot application. Limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, security logs, or where retention is required by law.
Deleting PawPlan does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that subscription in your store account settings.
