Terms of use

These terms govern your use of PawPlan, provided by Litany Software LLC. By using PawPlan, you agree to these terms and the applicable terms of the app marketplace through which you obtained PawPlan.

Planning tool, not veterinary advice

You are responsible for confirming that ingredients, recipes, portions, supplements, and feeding schedules are safe and appropriate for your dog. Nutrient estimates and imported information can be incomplete or inaccurate. Seek professional guidance, particularly for puppies, pregnant dogs, or dogs with allergies, disease, or other special needs.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, protect access to your device and account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account or Google Play account, depending on your device. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal. Apple or Google manages charges, cancellations, and refunds under its rules. You can manage the subscription in your store account settings. Restoring purchases requires the store account used for the original purchase.

Prepper pilot

The prepper application is an interest and screening form for a limited pilot. Applying does not guarantee approval, jobs, earnings, or launch in your area. No paid prep booking is offered through the current pilot application. If paid services launch, they will be governed by additional provider and customer terms, screening, insurance, safety, cancellation, and payment requirements presented before participation.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate and improve PawPlan. When you publish a recipe, you also allow us to display it to other users until it is removed. Do not upload content you lack the right to use or content that is unlawful, dangerous, deceptive, or infringes another person’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse PawPlan, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, distribute malware, evade subscription controls, or use the service to harm others. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, PawPlan, or comply with law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PawPlan reliable, but features may change and interruptions may occur. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. You can stop using PawPlan at any time and can delete your account in Settings.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PawPlan is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Litany Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on meal, nutrition, or health-related information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PawPlan changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
